Nelson Mandela

 Great inspiration

Nelson Mandela was a South African anti-apartheid activist, politician, and philanthropist who served as the country's president from 1994 to 1999. He was the country's first black president and the first to be elected in a democratic election with full representation. His government aimed to undo apartheid's legacy by combating institutionalised racism and promoting racial healing.

It is preferable to lead from behind and allow others to take the lead, especially when celebrating triumph when good things happen. When there is danger, you take the front line. People will respect you as a leader if you do this.
